Mother’s Day Makeover Contest 2010 gobare and Jeffery Roberts Salon have put together an amazing contest for one ver lucky mom!!
How to Enter the Contest
a) The Mother’s Day Makeover Contest 2010 will begin on Monday March 1, 2010 and end on Saturday April 24, 2010 at 12 midnight EST. Online entries must be received no later than Saturday April 24, 2010 at midnight EST. Mail and drop off entries must be received no later than Saturday April 24, 2010 at 4:00pm EST.
b) An entry will consist of telling us in 200 words or less why the mother you are nominating deserves the makeover. All entries must also include name, address, age, a photo and daytime phone number of the nominee as well as your contact information. Online entries should be emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Online entries via Facebook and/or Twitter will not be accepted. c) One (1) entry per email address and per person is allowed. Any entry submitted is deemed to be submitted by the holder of the email account.
d) Contest sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, mangled, misdirected, misaddressed, postage due, incomplete or illegible entries. Sponsors are not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable internet connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Contest or website or violated the Official Rules of the Contest.
Eligibility Restrictions
a) The Contest is open to residents of Massachusetts who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Jeffrey Robert Salon and Go Bare!, and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate or win.
b) All entries become the sole property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these rules, and warrant and represent that their entry is their original work, and grant to the Sponsors the right to edit, publish, promote and otherwise use their entries without further permission, notice and/or compensation.
Prize
a) The winner of the Contest will receive the color service of their choice, hair cut and style of their choice and classic manicure at Jeffrey Robert Salon with stylist based on availability, (Go Bare! Service to be entered here).
b) Contest prizes are not transferable. Contest prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. Contest prizes must be completed no later than Saturday October 30, 2010.
Selection of Winner
a) The Prize Winner will be selected on the merit of the essay by a panel of judges of the Sponsors choice. Judging will be based on how compelling the nominated mother’s need for a makeover is.
b) The Prize Winner will be contacted by telephone by Jeffrey Robert Salon on Friday May 7, 2010. If Jeffrey Robert Salon is unable to contact the Prize Winner based on the information provided on the entry form, an alternate winner will be selected from all other eligible entries.
Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Contest, the Winner agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and to sign a publicity release. The Winner by acceptance a) of their prize(s), agree to release Jeffrey Robert Salon and Go Bare! From any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, allergic or adverse reaction to cosmetics, dyes or paints, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, or use of the prize while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.
b) Contest sponsors reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the contest which will become effective upon announcement.
