Helpful hints for your gobare experience. Also, please call if you are running late. If you are still intending to come in for your appointment, we want to be sure that there is enough time to accommodate you, and all other clients booked in the schedule. We will do our best to make it work- we love to have you visit! Gratuities - Gratuities are not included in service price and are a matter of personal discretion on all of our services. On average, clients tend to leave a 15-20% gratuity on their services - just in case you are wondering! Children's Policy - At gobare we want to give our clients a pleasant, unique experience. We have a lot of tester stations with loose products. With that in mind, we ask that all children under 12 without an appointment not accompany you while you are getting a treatment. We are geared towards servicing adults. Cell Phone Policy - Please be sure your cell phone is off or on vibrate while at the studio. Return Policy - Receive a full refund or gobare credit for returned Un-opened/Un-damaged products when accompanied by a receipt, and within 30 days of purchase. Certain returns may not be acceptable depending on the product, so please call for further information. Miscellaneous Policy - We accept VISA and Mastercard, and cash (personal checks from regular clients only). There is a $30 charge on all returned checks. All prices subject to change.
