Helpful hints for your gobare experience. Also, please call if you are running late. If you are still intending to come in for your appointment, we want to be sure that there is enough time to accommodate you, and all other clients booked in the schedule. We will do our best to make it work- we love to have you visit! Gratuities - Gratuities are not included in service price and are a matter of personal discretion on all of our services. On average, clients tend to leave a 15-20% gratuity on their services - just in case you are wondering! Children's Policy - At gobare we want to give our clients a pleasant, unique experience. We have a lot of tester stations with loose products and beautifully displayed artwork. With that in mind, we ask that all children under 10 without an appointment not accompany you while you are getting a treatment. An adult must accompany children under 12 that are receiving a service. Cell Phone Policy - Please be sure your cell phone is off or on vibrate while at the studio. Service Guarantee - We want you to be happy. That's why we take great pleasure in the quality of services we provide at gobare. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know and we will gladly work to ensure your happiness. Return Policy - Receive gobare credit for returned products when accompanied by a receipt,and within 30 days of purchase.
